Making A Purchase Making a Purchase
To purchase online by credit or debit card, simply select each item you wish to buy and click on the 'Add' button.
You will then see the contents of your shopping cart, including the item you have just added. You can change the quantity of the items you have ordered or remove an item from your shopping cart (by changing the quantity to zero and clicking the "recalculate" button). You can then return to continue your shopping or checkout by clicking on the 'checkout' button.
Check your order and if you are satisfied, follow the instructions to enter your details and shipping information. You may choose to pay by credit/debit card online, by phone or by cheque in the mail. Select the option you want when asked. Returns Policy Due to the nature of the goods we supply we can only accept returned goods if they are unused and are in the original packaging. If on receipt of the goods you do not wish to keep them you must inform us within 8 working days and return the goods within 21 days at your own expense. You must also ensure that the goods are properly insured as you are responsible for them while in transit. On returning the goods you will be refunded the full amount of your order minus a small handling charge and if the goods are faulty we will be happy to refund the postage of returning them to us. If you decide you do not want the goods you must not use them and you must keep them in their original packaging until you return them. When you place the order we will do our best to deliver the goods to you within 30 days but if the goods are out of stock and we do not complete your order within 30 days we will contact you to give you the opportunity to cancel the outstanding goods and be reimbursed for them. If any of the goods delivered are not what you ordered you must notify us by letter fax or email within 48 hours of delivery and we will then correct the mistake and refund any postage cost incurred by you returning the incorrect items.
