| Warranty and Return Policy |
| All products come with 1 year warranty. The exceptions are bulbs and ceramic disks. We will not be responsible if the unit has caused damage to furniture, electronic products or carpeted floors by water spilliage or condensation, or anywhere dampness can cause a problem due to not heeding our warnings. |

| We will ship your product to you as soon as possible subject to cleared funds usually within 3 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. If we are likely to exceed our 28 day delivery date, we shall inform you as soon as possible on the contact number or address provided by yourselves.
We cannot accept responsibility if no-one is available to accept delivery after shipment. |
